Dr. Jackson is a board-certified family medicine physician, a Desert Storm Air Force veteran and a first generation college graduate. Passionate about the power of education to transform lives, she founded the Empowering Change Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to helping underserved youth access college education.
Her educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from Ross University School of Medicine, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, and an Associate of Arts in Logistics Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
In her free time, Dr. Jackson enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, roller skating, and inspiring others.
B.J. is a dynamic and charismatic leader who embraces challenges and drives positive change, making him a natural fit as President of the Empowering Change Foundation. Through his role, he is dedicated to supporting future leaders by providing scholarships and mentorships to help them achieve their educational goals.

In his free time, B.J. enjoys family time, traveling, fishing, reading, and engaging in meaningful conversations. Together, he and the foundation are committed to making a lasting impact in the community.
SSgt Busch serves as Secretary of the Empowering Change Foundation in a personal capacity, independent of his role in the U.S. Air Force. He holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio, bringing a strong academic background and commitment to supporting the foundation’s mission. He enjoys watching movies, traveling, and helping those in need.
